1. Agreement to These Terms
PolJob.co.uk (“PolJob”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by ICR PARTNERS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

By accessing or using poljob.co.uk (the “Website”) and any related services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. About PolJob (Important)
PolJob is a job advertising platform connecting employers with candidates.
PolJob is not:
- A recruitment agency
- An employer
- A party to any employment contract
We do not:
- Screen or select candidates on behalf of employers
- Guarantee applications, interviews, or hires
- Participate in employment decisions
All hiring decisions are made solely between employers and candidates.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
By using PolJob, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Employer Services & Job Postings
Employers may purchase job advertising services, including job listings and optional verification services.
By submitting a job listing, employers confirm that:
- The information provided is accurate and lawful
- The role complies with UK employment law
- Candidates are not charged any fees at any stage
We reserve the right to:
- Review, edit, refuse, suspend, or remove job listings
- Remove listings that are misleading, incomplete, or suspicious
5. No Guarantee of Results
PolJob does not guarantee:
- A minimum number of applicants
- Candidate suitability or availability
- Successful hires or responses
Our obligation is limited to providing the advertising and platform services described at the time of purchase.
6. Payments, Digital Services & Refunds
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Job postings and employer services are digital services that begin immediately upon publication or activation.
By purchasing a service, you:
- Request immediate performance
- Acknowledge that the 14-day cooling-off period may be waived once the service has started
Refunds are provided only where required by UK consumer law or where PolJob fails to deliver the purchased service.
7. Verified Employer Services
Verification services are provided as a credibility and compliance support feature.
Verification:
- Reflects employer status at the time of review
- Does not guarantee legal compliance or hiring outcomes
- Does not constitute legal advice
Verification may be withdrawn if information becomes inaccurate or policies are breached.
8. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login details
- All activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, and platform features belong to PolJob or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
10. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. job descriptions, profiles).
By submitting content, you grant PolJob a non-exclusive licence to display and process it solely for platform operation.
You confirm you have the right to submit such content.
11. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Post false or misleading information
- Attempt to exploit or scam users
- Upload malicious code
- Infringe intellectual property
- Circumvent platform safeguards
Violations may result in immediate removal or termination.
12. Privacy
Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is processed.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to this, PolJob’s total liability in any 6-month period shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PolJob in that period.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms.
Material changes will be communicated via the Website or email.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
UK consumers may bring claims in UK courts.
